Our main aim is workforce development through Education and Training
We work in partnership with others learning centres and training institutions to deliver professional learning and skills based courses . Skills based courses and training helps people develop their practical skills , knowledge that are relevant to their jobs and personal growth.
After completion the courses and training helps them with job placement and employment . We supply temporary workers to our partners and connected businesses / organisations for a variety of roles .
Vision
We arrange skilled based training and short courses leading to accredited qualifications.
A lack of skill-based education can lead to a number of issues, including unemployment and low productivity.
That’s why for unemployed people , we arrange skilled based training and short courses leading to accredited qualifications. We try to teach skills that are a requirement and demand of local employers .
Since 2019, we have been at the forefront of developing careers by arranging skills based training for prospective employees. We have been heavily involved in the creation of both Apprenticeships and Traineeships from the start and we continue to work on developing new, higher level courses to meet the needs of employers in various businesses .
